Handling time

At our company, we strive to provide the most efficient and timely service possible for our customers. That’s why we have implemented a standard process for handling orders placed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank & Public Holidays). Our goal is to process all orders within one working day of receiving them, and we often succeed in despatching orders that are received before noon on the same day. We understand that our customers have busy schedules and need their orders as soon as possible, and we do our best to accommodate these needs. We will provide you with a tracking number by the end of the day of despatch, so you can stay up-to-date on the progress of your order.

Free UK Delivery

Only product pages identified with the Free UK Delivery Logo, include standard UK delivery.

Pallet Delivery

Product pages identified with the Pallet delivery service, provide for a kerbside delivery on a standard UK pallet, you will need to bring the goods onto your premises and dispose of the packaging materials including the pallet. if you require a tail lift, please add this to your order notes, or contact us with further details.
